I don't see anything in this line from the movie having anything to do with human insanity. The words "primitive" and "infectious" do not mean "insane." Unless someone can clarify how this quote references human insanity, I don't think it belongs on this page.

It definitely sounds more like a Humans are morons than insane quote.
