The Genius Bonus doesnt make any sense. In the Dewey Decimal System, section 155 is developmental psychology, and section 613 is promotion of health.
If this was intended to be an If You Know What I Mean, then I suggest changing them to 176 and 618. Section 176 is the ethics of reproduction, and section 618 is about medical specialties (like gynaecology).

It depends on the edition you are consulting and the edition this Genius Bonus was made of, those items would change drastically.
