That sounds very nitpicky. Especially since "blow" means "drug" either way.

I'm not sure it counts as a spoiler since it was part of a fantasy sequence and never actually happened, and Firefy hasn't been on the air for over a decade. And even if you know who the character is the joke is mostly to do with him being an (alleged) holy man.

Maybe the title should be changed to something that is not culture-specific. In the UK "blow" means cannabis, not cocaine, and this trope is known as "coke and hookers". I would suggest that it is desirable to change the title to avoid cognitive dissonance, and replace the slang term for the drug with the formal name "cocaine".
