I don't think that Jack from Little Men really fits. Not only does the book take place in 1878, when neither cars nor car dealerships existed, but he really doesn't fit the trope beyond being a bit of a dishonest businessman. He isn't flamboyant, overly friendly, or have atrocious fashion sense. If someone else agrees they can remove the example.
Shouldn't Honest John's Dealership fall under No Real Life Examples, Please!, because it's 1) a morality trope, 2) a stereotype, and 3) too common in real life.
