The Transformers Animated entry under western animation is probably erroneous when it references Lake Michigan. Lake Erie, which is actually near Detroit and was referenced a number of times in the show, is a more likely candidate considering it has shores in both the U.S. and Canada. That said, TF Wiki doesn't specify and I'm nowhere near my Allspark Almanacs to check (coincidentally, I'm in the Detroit area and less than an hour's drive from Lake Erie. My books are in Grand Rapids, on the other side of the state and less than an hour's drive from Lake Michigan.
