"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanThe "Fan Fiction" folder needs to be removed. This is already a fanfic trope.
Hide / Show RepliesActually, I'd rather that all fanfic examples BE in the fanfic folder. There are enough TV/film examples that it's annoying to have to filter out examples from some random fanfic someone found from series based on this trope like Smallville, Merlin, and Clone High.
Personally, I'd rather have a "Published Works" folder. Also, if a work is a Prequel to the original continuity, then it doesn't count. Sequels do count due to the Series Fauxnale reaction.
Edited by 68.1.57.131Okay, I'm thinking that I might do what I've seen on a few other pages and separate it into "Fan works" (divided by medium of original source) and "Published works" (divided by actual medium).
Edited by 217.39.108.79I'll oppose on the grounds that "published work" is not the opposite of "fan work".
