Per the description, it appears to be limited to killing living characters

OK, so which trope is like this one, but for destroying non-sentient objects?

Why do Gotta Kill Them All and Gotta Kill Them All both direct to what looks like the same page, with no "a.k.a." line on either one?

They are exactly the same page — the page title string is "gottakillthemall". There is no redirect line involved because they are the same, so there is no "a.k.a." line.
I'll put in a Custom Title to make the title display as "Gotta Kill Them All" no matter how the link is capitalized.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.

Is killing the Seven Dragons in Final Fantasy VI an example of this?
Does this trope also apply to destroying non-sentient objects, or is this strictly about killing people?
