The page image inevitably makes me think of Sherlock Holmes (the original, as portrayed a zillion times). Not 21st century of course, but still a strong image. See The Great Detective and His Pipes. I haven't seen the BBC's reboot, but that page says "In a nod to our politically correct times, the modernized BBC version of Holmes, played by Benedict Cumberbatch, partaking of … nicotine patches."

Just thought I'd post this to avoid a possible editing war, but Clint Eastwood's character in The Good, The Bad And The Ugly actually smokes cigars, not cigarillos (Toscano cigars cut in half to be specific). Anyway, if nobody objects I'll make the edit myself, but if anyone more experienced at editing than me sees this feel free to do so yourself.
