So if they're effectively the same thing except one is good and the other is bad, why is this trope considered YMMV and Game-Breaking Bug considered Main?

Long story short: they aren't the same thing. Good Bad Bugs is YMMV because it's about the audience reception of a bug, which is inherently subjective, rather than the fact that the bug simply is there, while a bug that makes the game unplayable is not subjective.

Time is subjective.

Are glitches from a tool assisted speedrun considered fair game? For example, being able to do an effect but the chances are so astronomically high that a normal playthrough might not see them.

Anyone know why there are Metal Gear Solid entries on the Mech subpage? I've never played the games (which is why I haven't moved them yet), but I was under the impression that they're more action-adventure/stealth/third person shooter/interactive movie than anything involving Mechs.

What would one consider Metroid Prime? Adventure, or FPS, or something else?

Update to the Donkey Kong Country "button mash" Glitch - it is also used in 100% runs, to skip part of the level you are warped to.

Didn't we have some glitches from the 2D Mortal Kombat games?
