What's wrong with the formatting of this article? Can't figure it out. Why won't the folders work? Little help please?

It's fixed, at least for me. It looks like someone had connection issues that caused half the page to blank, and that must have annoyed the folders somehow. Putting back the bottom section fixed it for whatever reason — maybe null edits weren't enough to jog it back to normal.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.
