You know, I'd personally like that as the trope title - having a big word in conjunction with the word "genius" fits the trope well. But then again, I'm seeing a lot of trope names changed because the titles weren't simple enough to get, so it's probably not likely.

I was thinking that maybe Andy Warhol could be included. He had a serious sweet tooth. He practically lived on jelly beans, cake, and other candy.
I'd love to see this titled "Glycolimaic Genius", just for the sake of confusing people.
Glycolimia, by the way, is a craving for sweets.
