Does the Mass Effect example really count? Most of the dialogue is the same yes, but isn't that mostly because most conversations are directly with Shepard and thus rarely has any need for gender-specific pronouns, rather than to avoid specifying the character's gender? Other characters still use sir/ma'am and he/she whenever appropriate.
