Umm, (Deathly Hallows spoilers)
- Pretty much Harry Potter's way of destroying the last Soul Jar, which was inside him, allowing Voldemort to be killed.
It's complicated, but A Wizard Did It, and it's from the perspective of Harry, does it really count? Not to mention the whole "choice to move on".

Should we add a section about how in media it sometimes actually does go wrong and the person is left with a body?
