Not to go all The Other Wiki, but could someone cite this? I remember an episode where Wojo arrested a man for failing to stop a running perp, having only said "Get 'um!" rather than "I am an officer of the New York City Police Department. I demand that you civilian capture that naughty man." There was another episode ("Chase") where Wojo did hijack a cab and totalled it.
