The Moral Guardians want to depend on the Government to protect their children, rather then doing it themselves. I'm a Libertarian so I oppose all Censorship.

That I have to disagree on. However, they like us to stay as neutral as reasonably possible. Discussion and/or reference isn't the same as support.

I'd agree the picture is an inappropriate example. But I don't consider actually being sexually active a requirement. The Adult equivalents of this, Femme Fatale and The Vamp, certainly don't always have sex or even guarantee it to to their victim. Being a Cock Tease can be just as dangerous.
Some of the people writing examples I see also forget that it's not required for the victim to be older. That's why there are so few, almost every Teen Drama has one of these, but some it seems won't count if their only seducing/using boys their own age.

Allot of example added here treat this like it means any Sexually active or horny young girl. It's supposed to be a Minor who serves the role of either The Femme Fatale or The Vamp. Or Both.
