Besides the issue of equating "feminine" with "housewife"... the picture features a girl who's trying to open a restaurant. A professional chef is very different from a housewife.

It's pretty interesting to hear this trope associates culinary skill with femininity. What's funny is that I have a fanfic where the resident girly - girl is revealed to not know how to cook, and it's actually her Tomboy friend who can. (Actually, said tomboy is the only one out of the main three characters who can cook well, which is odd considering her being an otherwise sketchy heroine at best).
Okay, I think I've cleaned up the examples from "Any female character who can or can't cook is either an example or a subversion or possibly both".
