Which is really odd when you realize that Real Life Albatrosses are endangered and swallows and martins have adapted well with humans.

Interesting bit of trivia, but I'm not seeing the connection with the trope (long paragraph short, the series isn't aiming for realistic). Is the implication supposed to be "It's odd that these animals are used for mean characters cause in real life they aren't mean to us/are Woobies"?

Considering what Lord Shen has done in Kung-Fu Panda 2, in and offscreen, perhaps he would be the new picture for this trope page, or at least the Most Triumphant Example?
