Can we add delusion as a fatal flaw?

Weeks ago I added the following:

Remorse (It's All My Fault), Distrust (The Cynic), Paranoia (The Paranoia)

I was expecting someone will delete these and ask "How are those fatal flaws?" I guess they are, because, you know, someone might use these weaknesses against you.

The fact they haven't been deleted means they do qualify as such.

Does anyone think that Remorse, Cynicism, and Paranoia are also Fatal Flaws as well?

I added It's All My Fault to this page days ago, but expecting someone to delete it because some tropers might think how is this a fatal flaw.

Please do not pothole work titles. Please provide details of how the trope plays out in the work. A quote usually does not provide sufficient details by itself. You will need to explain how Duke's desire to protect women proves to be his undoing.
