Not sure where to put it. Rollerderby uses it as a standard technique to get a teammember past the opposition. Is this Real Life? (IU doubt it, as the show character of Rollerderby is too strong) Live-Action TV? Wrestling?

May I just say, the caption "Wolverine, I choose you" is probably the funniest I've read on tvtropes?

Possibly the most awesome occurs in the Sonic CD ending. Sonic uses his spindash to build up momentum for throwing a rock at the escaping Dr. Eggman. Doc Boy's not getting away with the jewel in hand that time! If it doesn't sound awesome, just watch it and you'll see.
