Patiently awaiting the release of Paper Luigi and the Marvelous Compass.
This trope is showing up in the Recaps for several M*A*S*H episodes, mostly along the lines of "the episode stated that one thing was predicted to happen, but it didn't." There weren't supposed to be wounded coming to the unit any time soon because there was no fighting in the area, fighting in the area breaks out and wounded arrive. Radar expected something to happen, but it didn't. There was going to be a ceasefire, but there wasn't.
Is this a correct use of the trope?
