It's a shame that real life examples are not allowed, because Peter Thiel started a company that he named "Palantir" (after the magical orbs from "The Lord of the Rings").

This trope sounds very similar to the trope MegaCorp. Should they be Incorporated?

Haha. Incorporated.

Evil, Inc. is a company that is... well, devoted to evil. Doesn't have to be large, it can be (relatively) small. Their goals have to be sinister, that's the important thing. It'll usually be a MegaCorp, but not always.

A MegaCorp has to be huge, and doesn't necessarily have to be sinister in nature. They're probably portrayed as ruthless, cutthroat, and soulless, but their drive is usually just to make money.

Persona 4 has a good example. Junes is considered a MegaCorp. It's a huge department store that's pretty much putting the entire shopping district of the sleepy town out of business. However, it's not an Evil, Inc. since even though it's leading to negative effects for some, it's not doing so for evil means.
