If I had a character who was from a race of cannibals (creatures who have no taboo of eating sentients), and he happened to be a cook (who cooked people), but his cooking had little to do with his villainy (the characters meet him during his 'job', he turns on them with a knife and intentions of cooking them, but dies quickly due to not really being a fighter type), would that character count as "evil chef"?
Does Hannibal Lecter fit this? He is a psychiatrist by trade, but is also a classicly-trained chef who enjoys making elaborate meals out of the people he kills (which he then serves with a smile to the guests at his dinner parties.)
