Probably because it would be really hard to find a picture of him in the process of actually weaving dreams. Just a picture of the character would be Just A Face And A Caption. If you do find a picture that makes it clear to people who haven't read the comic that he's a Dream Weaver, go ahead and make a post in Image Pickin. This one
