Should the description be redone? It seems to mostly be about the inability to move and shoot at the same time, specifically mentioning first and third person shooters and even linking to an example of a genre that averts that, yet many examples talk about non-shooting games and the inability to move during melee attacks during them. I believe either these examples should be cleaned up, the trope should be split, or the definition and possibly name should be changed.

The Tomb Raider example: How can this trope be inverted? Only being able to fire while moving? Or did the troper who wrote this mean that the player has to stand still while shooting while enemies don't, which I would not quite see as an inversion.

I think this should be split. I see two distinct tropes here: the "don't run with a gun" and the "flinch interferes with firing". They seem distinct to my mind. Related, but different.
