I think that would be closer to the Pinball Zone trope, since the idea is that the pinball is not the core attraction, but is instead a peripheral aspect to the main (non-pinball) game.
Would minigames within video games that consist of nothing but a pinball table be worth including on this list? (That is, the playfields are completely self-contained.) Examples include Sonic Pinball and NiGHTS Pinball in Sonic Adventure, Casino Night in the Xbox 360/PS 3 version of Sonic Generations, and Jungle Pinball in Timon & Pumbaa's Jungle Games.
