I feel as if this topic should really be named Diagetic Soundtrack Callback to make it clear it's about a particular piece of diagetic music showing up again; similarly, Source Music should be renamed Diagetic Music (which so far as I know is the technical term for it in the industry).

Theme Tune Cameo is now Diegetic Soundtrack Usage per Trope Repair Shop.

In Danganronpa Rebirth (a fan-made series), during the DJ’s introduction, he hums parts of Danganronpa V3’s theme song. Though Rebirth has a different theme (which is a remix of V3’s), so this might fit into another trope instead.
