I question whether the Legend of Korra example should be listed here. True, Korra and the Earthbenders took down a few buildings, but it's the mech that did 99% of the damage.
If anything, Kuvira might be seen as a Destructive Daviour, since she pretty much leveled Republic City in order to claim it for her Empire.
