Does this discussion really do justice to how little sense this makes? Take Daniels's proclamation in Star Trek Enterprise:
"It takes a while for changes to ripple through the timeline"
In this particular case, since Daniels is from Archer's future, it's had at least 900 years; how much more time does it need? (Also, in that particular case, why didn't Daniels just wait till the effects *did* come through and come back to Archer's time then?)
