An example that can't go on the page unless somebody knows the title, etc. (I remember reading it in the reprint comic series Super B, which even the usual places like comics.org don't have contents lists for.)
It was a one-off comic book story about an astronaut in a remote part of space who encounters a Negative Space Wedgie that starts her aging in reverse. As she rockets back toward civilization and the possibility of a remedy, we see her grow younger until she's a small girl struggling to move around in her adult-sized space suit, then a baby, then a fetus, and finally just a small cluster of cells which grows smaller and vanishes even as her ship is docking at its destination. Moments later, a rescue team enters to find that the ship is deserted with no sign of what became of the pilot.
