Apparently some people disagrees and keep nuking "Other" section so I guess its no.
Heavystep from Warriors might count. He died in "Sunset", then appears in the Power of Three series up to "Long Shadows", dies again in the same book, then appears in the next book despite having died, then dies AGAIN before the start of the 4th series. (For good this time.)
