It seems that this page took glory from someone else's page and so they just trashed everyone's hard work, and replaced it with a page redirecting it to their page, and the admins are okay with it I guess? It was a really bad choice to remove the page. It was a good page. I vote to restore it.
Edited by IknewwhothekillerwasI agree, always found these examples interesting.
I wanted to add what I thought was a perfect example only to find out the trope got recently deleted. A show's man-eating monsters need sunlight to function thus almost all the horror happens under bright daylight. It doesn't quite fit the other tropes listed on the page.
Oh, I restored it to its orginal format. You just need to add examples now
The page was removed due to TRS decisions linked in other posts below. Discussion pages are invalid places to hold votes of that caliber. The only way to overturn a TRS is another TRS thread.
Edited by Amonimus TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupOP, the post right below yours literally had the reason why it was changed. You can’t unilaterally revert it back on your own. Read the TRS thread linked below.
I'll note here that OP has been suspended.

Patiently awaiting the release of Paper Luigi and the Marvelous Compass.REV 6 Pilot deleted the following real life examples, with the explanation that reads, "Not examples."
- 9/11.
- The atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
- The Hillsborough disaster in Sheffield, England. During the football match, an attempt to allow fans through more quickly resulted in pandemonium and the deaths of 96 people, as well as 766 injured. Those at the front were trapped between the fences and the people piling in, with no escape.
All these thing happened during the daylight, so I'm not quite sure how they are "not examples." In fact, the Real Life section could probably go on and on and on from all the horrible things that happen in the daylight, but these examples weren't deleted due to No Real Life Examples, Please!, they were deleted because they were seemingly "not examples" at all... despite that they so obviously are prime examples of real life horror in the daylight.
This was posted awhile ago. It's December 17th, 2014 now, so if no one has a problem with it, I'm going to re-add these examples in a month.
Edited by 50.137.7.197I love the page quote added to the page.
I've looked high and low for a proper picture to this page and can't find anything suitable.

Why did the entire page about Daylight Horror get removed, with only links to other tropes remaining? It would be better to revive it, since it had very interesting examples
