@Akida Umichi Not necessarily. Supergirl's outfit is a shirt and a skirt, as opposed to a one-piece dress. Though, that varies depending on the artist.

Shouldn't the article be "Dangerously High Hemline' since the trope doesn't refer to just skirts and the fact that some dresses and skirts aren't tight but indeed are pleated, loose-fitting, and short - like Emilie "Lili" de Rochefort's Victorian-style dress in her primary outfit?
