I think this one may be tropable with a little polish. It's "dwarves who look like attractive children rather than traditional dwarves." There may or may not be overlap with those other tropes (even dwarves have to be young somewhen).
The name leaves something to be desired. The name probably should cover any nonhuman species that looks like a human child in its adult form — halflings, fae, whatnot...

"Dwarfs" not "Dwarves". So more like "the name probably should cover any short person that looks like a child rather than a small adult".
