Can someone remove the link to the uncanny valley girl. It doesn't qualify as creepy good given that it lacks the good. Part. The description of the uncanny valley girl describes villains.

It's really late where I am so I can't start an image picking thread now, but maybe we should have the cover of the first Skulduggery Pleasant book as thw trope picture. That shows the hero, who is a walking skeleton with some major issues, with the caption "And He's The Good Guy". Gets this trope across quite quickly, no?

That would be the very definition of Just A Face And A Caption.

Colonel-Commissar Schaffer, of Schaffer's Last Chancers (Warhammer 40,000) is such a scary bastard that so long as he's alive the rest of the Last Chancers are Fearless... which is to say they're much more afraid of displeasing their boss than of anything their Crapsack Galaxy can throw at them, which is rather a lot. In his defense he's earned enough honors to be promoted to Lord General if he so wished, but prefers a hands-on approach.

Example under debate as to whether the characters meet the "good" part of the trope (see the natter at the end of the pulled example).

Ollivander from Harry Potter has been suggested as an example, but the person who added it didn't include any detail. If someone wants to expand it and put it back on the page, that would be great.
