Hot Shots! the Top Gun / Rambo parody movie, plays with the Trope with Admiral Benson, that reveals he has replaced increasingly ridiculous amounts of his body as stuff happens... and then he proceeds to run a handkerchief from one earhole to the other, making a steel pipe noise while doing it, from the first moment.
