Wait a second... according to this page's description drinking unfiltered water is all but guaranteed to result in sickness. This troper has been drinking unfiltered surface water for years while hiking in California's Sierra Nevada without ever once experiencing ill effects. I really think this is exaggerated.

How fish reproduce: Female fish lays eggs. Male fish does male thing on the eggs to fertilize them. At no point do female fish and male fish have to touch.
