Telling you Nutritionist (or other similar person) that you do break your Healthy Diet, and that you do eat the odd snack bag of chips, or two, totaling about 300 calories. What you don't tell them is that you eat entire packs of 20 bags, totaling over 3,000 calories, in one sitting.
Of course, none of us binge-watchers and hard-core gamers ever do that sort of thing. We just eat celery and carrots. Lots and lots of celery and carrots, with some Ranch and Blue Cheese if we feel like being dangerous.
