Trope Namer is Up? Really? The term "cone of shame" has been around waaay before Up. Just because a work of fiction references it doesn't make that the Trope Namer. It makes it a Shout-Out.

Trope Namer doesn't mean it's the first to use it. It means it's the one associated with the trope well enough to name it.
another Paw Patrol example of the Cone of Shame is when Zuma gets injured playing basketball after being tripped by one of the Foggy Bottom Boomers. Marshall puts some ice on his tail to keep the swelling down.
