How is " Preacher (2016) " not on this list? Under Live Action TV, I mean.

Of the episodes I saw with Zarm, while he was a HELL of a con artist and very good at persuading people to his point of view, especially if they didn't know to guard themselves against him, he did not have the ability to force people to do what he wanted via voice control. Shown especially when he was possessing a tin pot tyrant, and he could not make the guards perform actions they didn't want to do. They just looked at him like he was crazy, and he had to pull the "I'm the big boss around here, get moving or else" routine to get them to very reluctantly obey. Remember, dictatorship; people are conditioned to obey or be punished even in the absence of psychic powers.
