Feel free to propose this in the Trope Repair Shop, but I would note that without demonstrating a problem that would warrant a rename, it won't be approved.

This seems poorly named. 'Commonplace rare' sounds more like finding an original Leonardo da Vinci sketch on every streetcorner, but all the examples are things that should be common being very rare. 'Rare Commonplace' would be more accurate...
