In most games I've seen, it's mostly combat or diplomacy, while stealth tends to be a side show rather than a third option. Maybe because combat and diplomacy do more to shift your Karma Meter and/or Alliance Meter than stealth does.

Other than Fighter, Mage, Thief, Kefka, Gestahl and Leo from FFVI could be a Combat, Diplomacy, Stealth trio: they are a powerful military leader (Leo), a sneaky trickster with an agenda of his own (Kefka) and a political leader (Gestahl)
