Is the Dragon Age Inquisition entry an example? I've not played the game, but the character just seems to have a perfectly normal reaction of My Species Doth Protest Too Much to the perpetuation of stereotypes. The last sentence very heavily implies this is an audience reaction; is there more context to it I'm missing?

I know we're not allowed to put real life examples on this trope, so I'm putting it here. Franklin Delano Roosevelt was accused of this for being a rich man who supported pro-have-not reforms.

Although it doesn't do any harm, please don't weasel around things like that in the future — discussion pages are not the place for Troper Tales or real life examples on a NRLEP page.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.
