Note: as far as I know, there are no orange cheeses with Swiss-cheese-style holes on the market. In fact, it is getting hard to find Swiss cheese with Swiss-cheese style holes in America; somehow, the holes just get processed out.

Is there any reason to bring Gouda and Edam into the picture when the article already mentions Emmentaler and Jarlsberg, which also come in wheels/wedges?
