Is it true that Maka Can't Catch Up to Black Star and Death the Kid even though Soul is now a Death Scythe?

Why does Can't Catch Up redirect to a ptitle...etc? Shouldn't Can't Catch Up be the main title? Or am I missing something? Still fairly new. Maybe there's a reason for this... apostrophe in the title, or something?

Actually, characters that are not in the party in Final Fantasy VII will never fall behind the main characters too much. This troper is not sure whether they automaticly gain exp or levels, and whether the gain is linked to the difference with the main characters or to the amount of exp the main characters gain, but they certainly gain something even when youve never used them.
