So I'm thinking that Buzz Lightyear might be a special case worthy of it's own trope. Appropriately enough, I would call the trope "Buzz Lightyear syndrome".
So, if there are noted examples of people who can't tell fiction from reality (as opposed to a Daydream Believer), where do those go? Anywhere?
