History says last change was done by a mod as per the Image Picking thread, about a month ago.
To be honest, the caption wasn't a quote and didn't really add anything.

The description says that this trope is comparable to Bread, Eggs, Milk, Squick. How are they comparable? Am I missing something here? Other than the fact they both start with the words "Bread, Eggs", I don't see how they're comparable. Anyone know how they're comparable?

To me, they're not. Should replace "compare" with "not to be confused with".
