Might make for a good redirect, but it's really rearranging the Titanic's deck chairs. The current name is fine.

Out of curiosity, since this trope is for in-verse examples only, what would be used for fan reactions? Would it just be Squick or High Octane Nightmare Fuel or something?

I have a related question. What about Stand-Up Comedy? These are not necessarily Real Life, yet they're not necessarily fiction (In-Universe), either. For example, Jeff Foxworthy once told a story of him accidentally walking in on his grandmother in the nude and basically describing the experience as calling for Brain Bleach. Would Stand-Up Comedy be OK for this trope? Or perhaps the trope can be re-classed as "No Real Life Examples, Please"?

I wish I had a Thing of Brain Bleach. Then I could destroy any image in my mind that's even Slightly revolting

Does this really count as a YMMV? It's specifically for when a character finds something horrific and wishes they had the stuff. "The very thought made her want to scrub her brain with a steel wool pad and bleach." It's clearly stated that's what the character is thinking - what's variable about that? This page is for moments like that, times when a character specifically thinks about it, and it has nothing to do with a Troper's opinion; that's what the Troper Tales section of it is for. It's just a little annoying to see the orange dot on the page and have it nagging at me each time I edit.

EDIT: Never mind, page has been cleaned up and the tag removed.
