I can't stop laughing at this trope and I have no idea why, it's not even funny help

Pulled this, because it doesn't seem to be the theme tune (I'm not familiar with the show, so if it's presented as the theme to something, reinstate it with an explanation.)

• Crazy Ex-Girlfriend has "I'm So Good At Yoga", which is actually sung in the heroine's mind by the girlfriend of the guy she's obsessed with:
  I do stuff with my body
