Does Kim Possible count as Book Smark if she's already Academic Athlete? Can one be both?

So... are there examples of book smart characters who don't do well academically? Like, if they like reading lots of books, but aren't particularly interested in doing school work.

I had the impression that this term meant someone who was very academically intelligent and successful, as opposed to Book Dumb. Doesn't inherently literally have to do with someone who likes reading lots of books. What you are describing might be Brilliant, but Lazy.
I feel it isn't noteworthy enough to just have this trope be "character is good at school." Shouldn't it be the inverse of Book Dumb- "character is good at school, but not much else"? For example, Sakura from Naruto had excellent grades in the academy but didn't have many useful skills, at least at first.
