Yeah, this really needs to come back. It may have been misused a lot, but "smug, powerful, mean, and blond(e)" is everywhere and it needs to be its own thing instead of just disambiguated and linking to character types that usually connect to it.

Just because something is common in fiction, doesn’t mean it’s meaningful. Blondes Are Evil was just about evil people who happened to be blondes, which is meaningless.
